How to Pre-Order
Please pre-order Sinvertek products via email
All Sinvertek products are pre-ordered via email. Please email us to officialsales@sinvertek.com for inquiries or to place an order. In the order email, please include the product model/version/edition, and your shipping information, full name/ full address/zip code/phone #.
We will reply within 1–2 business days after receiving your email. If you haven’t received a response after more than 2 business days, the email may not have been delivered. please use our another email, sinverteksales@gmail.com, or reach out via social media.
Privacy protection: All personal information you provide for your order is strictly protected and used only to fulfill the order.
About Payment
We accept PayPal as the only form of payment
We have always accepted PayPal as our sole payment method. When we send you the invoice, we will also send a PayPal payment request to your email to assist you complete payment accurately.
Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use your card to pay via the payment request we send. If you need any assistance during payment, please contact our team by email at officialsales@sinvertek.com.
About Shipment
All Sinvertek products are shipped from California. Free Shipping in the U.S.
All products will be shipped out from our warehouse in California. For pre-orders, warehouse staff will ship on the promised period/date; for in-stock items, we usually ship within 3 business days. The warehouse will be closed on weekends and holidays.
We offer free shipping within the United States. For customers outside the U.S., we charge standard shipping based on the carrier’s rates. Please email officialsales@sinvertek.com for shipping inquiries.
About Retrun & Exchange
You can request a return for item/s within 14 days of the delivery date.
All the product can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 14 days will be refused. Please email your request to officialsales@sinvetek.com. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days and will send you return instructions. We will do the refund within 5-7 business days after the item arrived our warehouse.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer is responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Our cost for free shipping and warehouse handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Discounted or B-stock items are not available for return. All items purchased from authorized dealers are subject to the dealer’s terms and conditions for Returns. Items purchased from authorized dealers cannot be returned directly to us.
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy. Please return the item first, and once it arrives at our warehouse, we will arrange to send out your replacement. Buyer is responsibility for round-trip shipping costs. Any price difference will be refunded to or charged via PayPal.
About Warranty
Sinvertek ensures one-year guarantee on all products.
Your SINVERTEK products come with a one year limited warranty. Warranty service does not include damaged, modified or misused pedals and such pedals will be subject to a standard repair charge.
